Out of North Richland Hills, TX, Bryan was the first to start BBQing , but only by a few months and on a vertical offset smoker. After building Brandon's Pitfaced BBQ Drum smoker and seeing the success he had with it, Bryan built his own and sold the offset. A constant tinkerer, he spends a lot of his free-time with the welder, angle grinder, and wrenches building "stuff".
